Warranty Terms and Policy

We appreciate your trust in Makute products.

To benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the product or spare parts. The serial number must be present on the product to ensure the validity of the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover consumables (switches, wires, brushes, filters, oils, greases) and other consumable products.

– The warranty does not include the included batteries and chargers. 

The warranty period may range from one month to two years / some products have Operational warranty only .

The warranty period for electrical appliances varies depending on the nature of their operation and the number of expected operating hours during the specified period.

(Warranty terms and conditions apply in case of a manufacturing defect).

- The product that meets the terms and conditions of the warranty will be repaired free of charge at our store’s maintenance center. The technical report issued by the maintenance center is considered the approved one for determining the warranty status of the product or spare part.

- Extending the warranty period by an amount equivalent to the delay in providing the spare part, starting maintenance work, or the period of repairing the defect that occurred in the product during the warranty period. The maintenance period takes a maximum of 15 days for the defects covered by the warranty.
For example: If the maintenance takes 25 days, the warranty will be extended by another 10 days.

The warranty covers maintenance service and free replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. This does not mean replacing the entire product or refunding its value.

Misuse of the product or spare parts, failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating or operating the product, or failure to use it for the purpose for which it was designed, excludes it from warranty and maintenance.

- Repair attempts or maintenance operations by parties not authorized by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts or accessories that are not original or not authorized by the product manufacturer or do not conform to Saudi quality specifications, which threaten the life or work of the user, exclude the product from the warranty.

The warranty is not valid and is voided when the reason is a failure or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Poor storage.
- Product failure due to misuse.
- Failure to maintain or improperly maintain the products, including but not limited to: the use of chemical cleaning materials that do not comply with our recommendations.
Once the customer purchases and operates the product, he agrees to all terms contained in the warranty summary here.
The warranty is non-transferable and only covers and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
