Shipping and delivery

Warranty

Does the warranty cover all components of the product?

What is the maximum warranty period for Makute products?
  • The warranty period ranges from one month to two years depending on the type of product, noting that some products (such as gasoline-powered products) have only an operational warranty.
How are defective products handled during the warranty period?
  • The product will be repaired free of charge at an authorized service center, and the warranty period will be extended by an amount equal to the period of delay in maintenance if parts are not available on time (maximum 15 days for faults covered by the warranty).
In what cases is the warranty void?
  • The warranty is voided in the event of:

    • Misuse of the product or failure to follow operating instructions

    • Reform attempts by unauthorized parties

    • Using non-original spare parts

    • Poor storage or poor maintenance

    • Exposure to circumstances beyond one's control (natural disasters, accidents)

Can the product be replaced instead of repaired?
  • The warranty covers maintenance and parts replacement only, and does not include a full product replacement or refund.

Replacement and refund

What is the period allowed for returning or exchanging the product?
  • You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, or exchange it within 14 days in case of a manufacturing defect.
What are the conditions for a product to be returned?
  • The product must be in its original condition, with the original box and packaging, unopened or unused, and the original invoice must be presented.
How and when will the money be refunded?
  • The amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days from the date of order cancellation or return approval.

How can I earn points in the program?

What purchases do not earn points?

  • Products offered at great discounts

  • Any purchase or payment outside the online store
How long are the points I earn valid for?
  • Points expire 6 months after the date they were earned, and a reminder will be sent to you 15 days before the expiration date.

How can I use the points I earned?
  • You can redeem points for discount vouchers that can be used in your next purchase.

Can points be transferred to cash or to another member?
  • No, points are not transferable to:

    • cash

    • Other members of the program

What happens if I return a product or cancel an order?
  • The points you earned from this order will be deducted from your balance.

How are points calculated when used for a discount?
  • When using points to get a discount:

    • New points are calculated on the purchase value after applying the discount.

    • Points are not calculated on VAT.
