To get benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the product or spare parts. The serial number is required to be present on the product to ensure the validity of the warranty period.
The warranty does not include consumable parts (operation switches, wires, charcoal, filters, oils, grease) and other consumable products.
The warranty period may range from one month to two years / some products have Operational warranty only .
The warranty period for electrical appliances varies according to the nature of their work and the number of operating hours expected during the specified period

The product that meets the terms and conditions of the warranty is repaired free of charge within the maintenance center of our store, and the technical report issued by the maintenance center is the one authorized to judge the warranty status of the product or the spare part
Extending the warranty period equivalent to the delay in providing the spare part, starting maintenance work, or the period for repairing the defect that occurred on the commodity during the warranty period, and it takes up the maintenance time
For example: If the maintenance takes 25 days, the warranty will be extended by another 10 days.
The warranty covers maintenance service and free replacement of spare parts in case of a manufacturing defect. This does not mean that the product will be completely replaced or its value returned
Misuse of the product or spare parts and non-compliance with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to in the internet and digital pages when activating or operating the product or not using it for the work it was designed for, leaving it out of warranty and maintenance
Attempts at repair or maintenance operations by entities not approved by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts or accessories that are not original, not approved by the manufacturer of the product, or that do not conform to Saudi quality specifications, which threaten the life or work of the user, and the product is out of warranty.
The warranty does not apply and is void when the cause is failure or circumstances beyond our control, for example but not limited to
Improper storage
Product failure due to misuse
Non-maintenance or poor maintenance of the products, including but not limited to: the use of cleaning chemicals that are not in accordance with our recommendations.
Once the product is purchased and operated by the customer, he agrees to all the terms contained in the warranty summary here
The warranty is non-transferable and covers and applies only to the original purchaser of the product
