The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
3. Products that are not returnable or exchangeable:
• Products that have been used or installed.
• Products that are broken or damaged after receipt.
• Special orders or pieces ordered to customer specifications.
• Consumables (such as drill bits, sandpaper, etc.) if opened or used.
4. Purchase invoice:
You must present your purchase invoice or order number to complete the return or exchange process.

Return or exchange mechanism:

2- The application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm acceptance or rejection according to the conditions.
3 - After approval, the product will be collected from you or returned to the specified address.
4- In case of replacement, the replacement product will be sent after receiving the returned product.
In case of return, the amount will be refunded to the same original payment method within 7 to 14 business days (after deducting shipping fees, if applicable).
